OVERVIEW & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

LEARN CPR, LLC provides health and safety training courses, including American Heart Association (AHA) and Health & Safety Institute (HSI) certification classes. Courses strictly adhere to guidelines published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).

CLASS REGISTRATION & CORRECT ENROLLMENT

Student Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the student or purchasing entity to enroll in the correct course required by their employer, school, or licensing board. Once training has commenced or been completed, no refunds will be issued for enrolling in the incorrect course. Punctuality & Attendance: Students must arrive on time and remain engaged for the entire duration of the scheduled class. Late arrivals may be denied entry to ensure strict compliance with AHA/HSI time standards, resulting in a forfeiture of registration fees.

CERTIFICATION & E-CARD DISTRIBUTION

Electronic Cards Only: All certifications issued by LEARN CPR, LLC are electronic (eCards). We do not issue paper cards. Unique Email Requirement: In accordance with AHA and HSI security protocols, each student must register with a unique, individual email address. ONly one student profile and eCard can be linked to a single email address. Claiming eCards: Once an eCard is claimed by the student, it can be accessed online at any time. LEARN CPR, LLC cannot issue replacement physical cards. If you experience technical difficulties claiming your ecard, please contact Admin@ohiocpraed.com. Verification Disclaimer: A certification card states that a student successfully completed course objectives and passed skills evaluations at the time of examination. It does not guarantee an ongoing skill level, and employers remain responsible for evaluating employee workplace qualifications.
